Complaint Handling Specialist

The role of a Complaint Handling Specialist involves conducting thorough investigations into customer complaints, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and documented. This includes following up with customers to obtain any missing details and recording all attempts in the complaint database.

Strong relationships are built with internal stakeholders, including product surveillance management, to ensure timely responses to regulatory bodies' requests for further information.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will provide guidance and support to colleagues on designated products within the team. Your expertise will be invaluable in making informed decisions regarding replacement, credit, or warranty claims.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential in handling sensitive conversations with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals. You must be able to express yourself clearly and professionally in both written and verbal communications.

A bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a healthcare setting, are required. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction are also essential.

English and Spanish skills are mandatory, and proficiency in software systems, including Excel, is necessary. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently is also crucial in this role.
