We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide initial assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution of inbound issues.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording, tracking, monitoring, and following up on SLA breaches of incidents and service requests. They will also manage the efficient and professional resolution of issues.

  • Provide initial assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution of inbound issues
  • Record, track, monitor, and follow up on SLA breaches of incidents and service requests
  • Manage the resolution of issues efficiently and professionally
  • Escalate and coordinate unresolved incidents to the appropriate support team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Prior technology Help Desk experience in an enterprise environment aligned to ITIL best practices
Nice to Have

Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence, as well as experience working as an L1 support desk analyst or field support, is highly desirable.
