**Job Title:** IT Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our IT team as a service desk analyst. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users who require technical support or have questions about our systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Technical Support: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests for technical assistance.
  • Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Escalate Complex Problems: Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technicians for further resolution.
  • Update Knowledge Base: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resolved issues and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 11 installation, configuration, and administration is essential. Experience with JIRA Service Management Tool, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, and SharePoint is also required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate complex issues.
