About this Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist.

  • This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch support to end-users and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Initial point of contact for end-user requests via phone calls and ticketing systems.
  • Create and allocate new IT requests.
  • Work Level 1 tickets and communicate with vendors and internal IT staff to escalate trouble tickets.
  • Manage open tickets and report on Service Desk analytics.
  • Perform administrative duties and special projects assigned by IT management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Possesses a strong interest in learning new technologies.
  • Previous IT support or customer service experience preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work with close attention to detail and follow procedures.
  • Inventory management experience is a plus.
