We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to work in our department, responsible for providing efficient technical assistance to all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on various operating systems;
- Provide desktop support to a global team of 1800+ users across 43 offices;
- Configure and deploy new laptops and desktops;
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Develop and deliver IT-based training programs;
- Complete user moves and implement changes as required;
- Create purchase requests for IT hardware and software;
- Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed;
- Produce documentation and reports as needed;
- Offer support and guidance to colleagues on IT-related matters;
Mandatory Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, and Chrome OS;
Intermediate understanding of networking and cloud technologies;
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications and products;
VoIP technologies;
MS Office skills;
Fluent English communication.
