IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our employees, agencies, and clients, ensuring that they have access to reliable and modern technology solutions.
The Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting our transition to cloud-based services and digital experiences, working closely with the global Technology Operations team to ensure seamless on-site and remote support.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients
- Provide remote support to regional offices as needed
- Maintain standard technology services, including meeting room AV
- Build strong relationships with business users, understanding their needs and delivering tailored support
- 3-5 years' experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
- Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS; working knowledge of AV technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Empathy and effective communication skills with diverse end users
