We're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support to our users.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware and software incidents;
- Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and smartphones;
- Diagnose and resolve problems on Windows, Apple OS X, iOS, and network infrastructure platforms, adhering to SLA levels;
- Update the inventory status of IT equipment using tools and processes, ensuring data fidelity;
- Use ServiceNow ITSM to open and close tickets, documenting tools and solutions used, following best practices;
**Requirements:**
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field, expected graduation date from December 2026;
- Intermediate English proficiency;
- Proficiency in Windows (Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Outlook, Active Directory);
**Nice to Have:**
- Familiarity with Apple OS X and iOS, Android, network infrastructure (TCP/IP, structured cabling), Citrix, and Zoom/Teams telepresence;
