We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support and be able to analyze complex technical issues, design effective solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
This role is a critical component of our IT infrastructure, requiring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior IT stakeholders and business partners to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex technical issues and design effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge databases
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
