Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our agencies, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and technology infrastructure.

This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an IT help desk or desk-side support role, with cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac.

  • Provide on-site/remote support to agencies
  • Ensure IT operations and standard technology services are delivered as needed
  • Develop excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Lead a customer-centric culture, empowering end-users to maximize IT services
  • Educate the business on IT service utilization and benefits
  • Escalate issues to Infrastructure and/or Management teams as required
  • Manage simple user and office relocations
  • Supervise and assist with deployment of new hardware and software
  • Compile, document, and maintain Service Desk knowledge base and standard procedures
  • Support local IT compliance activities
