The Role of a Support Intern
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Support Intern to join our Technology Support team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in IT and be eager to learn and grow with our organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Manage users and devices in Microsoft Office 365, ensuring compliance and security.
- Basic knowledge of Exchange, Intune, and cloud file servers is required.
- Control of IT assets and equipment inventory.
- Install and configure software.
- Support for printers and network issues.
- Use ticketing tools and incident management.
- Provide internal customer support or Level 1 technical support, with skills to resolve problems effectively and promptly.
- Experience in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
- Assist the IT team in maintaining operational processes and delivering excellent user support.
- Technical or higher education in progress in IT-related fields, with expected graduation between 2026 and 2027.
- Good communication skills and ease in user support.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Availability to work 100% onsite in the given location.
