Job Opportunity: Bilingual IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual IT Support Specialist to fill this exciting role. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role:
- This position involves providing technical support to ensure timely closure of ITIL incident management process requests.
- The successful candidate will track and update tickets for each request, ensuring efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Taking ownership of requests and tickets, including escalation for resolution and communication with the customer, is a key aspect of this role.
- The full incident management lifecycle, from initial registration to request closure and customer satisfaction survey, will be executed by the selected candidate.
- Resolving application support issues, printer issues, VPN software and collaboration tools, password reset and remote control tools, as well as MS Windows, Office, desktops, laptops, and network issues, is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in ITIL incident management processes is necessary.
- Knowledge of MS Windows, Office, desktops, laptops, and networks is also required.
