IT Support Specialist - Temporary Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our team members in a temporary capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and support for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Provide Level 2 support for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely
  • Manage local IT assets and ensure they are fully operational
  • Collaborate with external IT partners to resolve technical issues
  • Facilitate introductions and training for new starters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field (preferred)
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate office environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, Office 365, and standard office hardware and peripherals
  • Experience with vendor management and commercial awareness of new IT trends
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
