We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users via various communication channels.
- Deliver timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage service requests and incidents using the IT service management system.
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Monitor and track open tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with users to set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Provide technical assistance with software applications, including installation and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
