We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Ombudsman, responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns in a fair and transparent manner.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer complaints requiring detailed analysis and resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations into disputes, reviewing customer narratives, internal records, and team actions to fully understand each case.
- Assess complaints using principles of fairness, contractual duties, consumer law, and industry best practices.
- Analyze complaint trends to identify systemic issues, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective measures to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain complete and updated documentation of all complaints, investigations, and resolutions to ensure auditability and transparency.
- Ensure all actions and resolutions comply with relevant legislation and industry-specific regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support investigations and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles.
- Certification as an Ombudsman is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable in dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
