Job Title: Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer

ITTConnect is seeking a skilled Salesforce developer to work with a client that specializes in Salesforce consulting, digital transformation, and technology.

Job Location: Remote anywhere in Brazil.

The successful candidate will be part of the Global Services team and be responsible for developing high-performance, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions with a focus on B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform support and development activities for assigned applications/projects.
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, as needed, and declarative tools like flows and process builders.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud/B2B Commerce with ERP or OMS systems using common eCommerce integrations such as payment, tax, inventory, invoices, and order history.
  • Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to satisfy business requirements.
  • Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct unit testing and maintain system configuration documentation.
  • Collaborate with a development team using Jira, Slack, source code management, and dev ops tools.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of total Salesforce development experience (CRM, Service, Sales, Experience Cloud, etc.) working with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Controllers & Triggers, Web Services, Flows, etc.
  2. 2+ years of either Experience Cloud (partner/customer portal, etc.) or B2B Commerce (Lightning) development.
  3. Expert in understanding the Salesforce data model (Products, Price Books, Accounts & Contacts), how to extend them, and appropriate use of custom objects.
  4. Expert in integrating Salesforce with external applications through the use of external APIs (REST, SOAP, XML), middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), or leveraging native Salesforce APIs.
  5. Experience implementing and integrating Salesforce app exchange products.
  6. Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools).
  7. Very good level of English, both verbal and written.
  8. Effective communication skills to gather requirements, deliver design requirements, and update teams.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, CMS, and other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service, Sales, etc.).
  2. Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator/Developer I/II certifications.
  3. Experience implementing common eCommerce integrations such as payment, tax, inventory, shipping methods, address validation, order status, etc.
