Information Technology Manager – LEDN Location: Remote – up to 180 days worldwideEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid‑Senior About LEDN LEDN is a global financial services company built on digital assets, offering a suite of lending, savings and trading products to billions of Bitcoin holders. Responsibilities Lead the end‑user support experience, troubleshooting macOS, Windows and mobile device issues via Slack, Jira and other enterprise channels. Automate identity and access management processes, build scripts in Bash, Zsh and Python, and integrate Okta, Google Workspace and other SaaS applications. Provision, configure and manage endpoint and mobile device management tools (Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, MDM, EMM). Design, test, build and document cloud‑first infrastructure, network and security policies, and contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Own hardware onboarding and retrieval for new and outgoing employees, coordinating logistics and customs compliance. Respond to critical incidents and help desk tickets, prioritising and resolving issues within agreed SLA metrics. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders – Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR – to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite). Proficiency in automations using Bash, Zsh and Python; familiarity with open‑source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki). Experience integrating SSO, Okta and GSuite; strong API integration skills. Remote support experience across multiple time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware with customs knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create clear help articles and documentation. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills – network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), OSI troubleshooting methodology. Self‑management, strong task‑management, and ability to scope projects independently. Optional: Some familiarity with AWS; Jamf, Okta and Google Workspace certifications; remote work experience. Nice to Have Jamf Pro, Okta, Google Workspace certifications. Experience with GAM command‑line tools and AWS environments. Benefits Competitive PTO and paid time off.
