Esta posição exige visão estratégica, liderança, e conhecimento do mercado de moda, streetwear, fashion ou esportivo, incluindo canais de venda (atacado, varejo e e-commerce).
We are looking for a Wholesale Manager with strong experience in the fashion apparel segment, to lead the company''s commercial strategy with the sales agents team, strengthen customer relationships, expand the portfolio and ensure that sales targets are met.
This position requires strategic vision, leadership and knowledge of the fashion, streetwear, fashion or sports market, including sales channels (wholesale, retail and e-commerce).
Principais Responsabilidades: Desenvolver e implementar o planejamento comercial da empresa com foco em crescimento e rentabilidade.
Gerenciar a equipe de vendas promovendo alinhamento com as metas e valores da empresa.
Prospectar novos clientes e mercados , no canal B2B e B2C (atacado, multimarcas, digital) Acompanhar indicadores de performance (KPIs) , como volume de vendas, ticket médio, margem, conversão e outros.
Realizar negociações estratégicas com grandes contas , definindo políticas comerciais, descontos, condições de pagamento e prazos de entrega.
Planejar e coordenar ações promocionais , lançamentos de coleção e participação em feiras ou showrooms.
Analisar o desempenho das coleções , contribuindo com insights para o desenvolvimento de produtos conforme a demanda do mercado.
Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes-chave , buscando fidelização e parcerias de longo prazo.
Mapear tendências de mercado e concorrência , antecipando oportunidades e ameaças.
Colaborar com os departamentos de Marketing, Merchandising, Sourcing, Logística e Finanças , garantindo fluidez e sinergia no ciclo comercial.
Elaborar previsões de vendas e relatórios gerenciais para a diretoria; Gesto de pedidos e controle de entregas; Main responsibilities: - Developing and implementing the company''s commercial planning with a focus on growth and profitability.
- Managing the sales team, promoting alignment with the company''s goals and values.
- Prospecting new clients and markets in the B2B and B2C channel (wholesale, multi-brand, digital) - Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, average ticket, margin, conversion and others.
- Carrying out strategic negotiations with major accounts, defining commercial policies, discounts, payment terms and delivery times.
- Planning and coordinating promotional activities, collection launches and participation in fairs and showrooms.
- Analyzing the performance of collections, providing insights for product development in line with market demand.
- Maintaining close relationships with key clients, seeking loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Mapping market trends and competition, anticipating opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Merchandising, Sourcing, Logistics and Finance departments, ensuring fluidity and synergy in the commercial cycle.
- Preparing sales forecasts and management reports for the board of directors; - Order management and delivery control; Requisitos: Curso Superior em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Moda, ou áreas correlatas; Experiência comprovada como Gerente Comercial a mais de 4 anos; Forte habilidade de negociação, gestão de equipe, planejamento estratégico, trabalhar com metas e entrega de resultados; Conhecimento de canais de vendas (varejo, atacado, e-commerce) e comportamento do consumidor de moda; Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais; Forte habilidade de relacionamento e engajamento de pares e colaboradores; Alta capacidade em gestão de conflitos e negociações complexas; Inglês mandatório; Espanhol diferencial; Requirements: - University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Fashion, or related areas; - Proven experience as a Commercial Manager for more than 4 years; - Strong negotiation skills, team management, strategic planning, working to targets and delivering results; - Knowledge of sales channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce) and fashion consumer behavior; - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; - Strong relationship and engagement skills with peers and collaborators; - Highly skilled in conflict management and complex negotiations; - English mandatory; - Spanish a plus;
