Overview

We are looking for a talented UX Content Professional to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will create clear, user-centered content that enhances digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand voice, user needs, and business objectives. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products and services, improving satisfaction and engagement.

What You Will Work On
  • Develop and maintain UX content across digital touchpoints, including websites, apps, and customer portals.
  • Write clear, concise, and consistent copy that guides users through tasks, features, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and research teams to ensure content supports user journeys and experience goals.
  • Conduct content audits, analyze user feedback, and optimize content for clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
  • Establish and maintain content guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks for digital products.
What You Will Bring
  • 6 years of experience proven experience in UX writing, content design, or related roles.
  • 6 years of experience with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and digital experiences.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable, and engaging content.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of LatAm market behaviors and localization best practices.
