Responsibilities Act as the internal go-to person for anything Customer Success Management related Drive, plan, organize, lead and control the activities around Customer Success Management Identify and introduce projects and actions that contribute to the Customer Success strategy Plan, design and execute customer success initiatives Align with global stakeholders Manage, monitor, and report progress and performance Define and track relevant KPIs Analyze quantitative & qualitative data Interpret data into meaningful, actionable insights Deliver regular reports to stakeholders Identify and report trending issues Escalate roadblocks Coordinate work between relevant teams and organizational units Continuously improve processes for increased efficiency Attributes Self-driven, and results-oriented Empathic communicator Well-presented and businesslike Responsible and accountableli> Team player High level of customer focus Understands and lives the GRAPHISOFT company values Skills BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering or Business Administration High level understanding of the Graphisoft products and the BIM industry Independent project management skills High level presentation and training skills Professional working proficiency in English language Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at GRAPHISOFT by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
