You'll craft data-driven community strategies, implement rock-solid platform configurations, and empower teams through high-impact training that consistently achieves 85%+ satisfaction rates.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategic Vision (33%): Craft presentation-ready Community Strategy Reviews that connect dots between business objectives and measurable outcomes, backed by deep discovery and benchmark analysis.
  • Technical Excellence (33%): Design and deploy Platform Configuration Packages that transform community functionality, ensuring seamless staging-to-production transitions.
  • Knowledge Transfer (33%): Lead engaging Client Training Sessions that turn theory into practice, empowering teams to take ownership of their community success.

Strategic Community Architect Key Responsibilities

  • Drive meaningful strategic engagement metrics
  • Establish effective self-service systems that measurably reduce support burden
  • Catalyze customer success through expert platform optimization and community enablement

Basic Requirements

  • A proven track record of 3+ years steering digital customer communities toward success
  • Hands-on configuration expertise with modern community platforms (Discourse, Higher Logic, Salesforce Experience Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience managing enterprise relationships at the $1M+ level
  • Practical knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Jasper, Buffer, etc.)
  • A deep understanding of AI's evolving role in community and social media management

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
