Job Description

  • Suporte de recrutamento de alto volume na frente de atração (hunting, sourcing, mapeamento e triagem);
  • Realizar sourcing para todas as vagas, contribuindo para a expansão do nosso negócio;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com recrutadores e gestores de contratação para entender a fundo os requisitos das posições;
  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de sourcing para construir um pipeline robusto de candidatos e apoiar nas contratações mais prioritárias da empresa;
  • Screening via reach out de inscritos, entender seus pontos fortes, motivações e fatores de atração, convertendo-os com sucesso em candidatos ativos;
  • Apresentar dados relevantes para influenciar stakeholders do negócio em melhorias qualitativas no processo de contratação (ex: taxas de conversão, perfil-alvo etc.);
  • Implementar estratégias de sourcing com foco em diversidade, analisando requisitos para definir o perfil-alvo ideal para posições estratégicas;
  • Atuar como especialista em sourcing, treinando colegas e outros colaboradores sobre estratégias de sourcing com foco em diversidade e inclusão;
  • Proporcionar uma experiência forte e positiva para os candidatos da Shopee;
Requirements
  • Ensino superior completo;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Habilidade com excel/google sheet/dados;
  • Experiência relevante em talent sourcing;
  • Domínio avançado em técnicas de busca aprofundada, Boolean search, ATS e LinkedIn;
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma independente, criativa e com senso de responsabilidade;
  • Forte atenção aos detalhes, com habilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas e definir prioridades;
  • Habilidade sólida de resolução de problemas e perfil com boa capacidade de adaptação;
