Create and manage accurate job postings across relevant platforms. Review resumes to identify qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Facilitate candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verifications. Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
