We areworking with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for their Gaming studios in São Paulo, Brazil.
Position: Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Understand role requirements and source suitable talent.
- Create and manage accurate job postings across relevant platforms.
- Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Facilitate candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verifications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry (or other relevant industries).
