We are seeking a Talent Sourcer, with a startup mindset, who will support the Talent Acquisition and operational HR functions. In this role you will focus on connecting with talent to increase hiring velocity, support Talent Partners throughout the end-to-end recruiting process, and participate in various operational HR tasks. This position is 100% remote, based in Brazil, and will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

**As the Talent Sourcer you will...**
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified talent for all of Tribal open positions.
- Participate in the initial creation and continual development of Tribal's job descriptions.
- Draft offers of employment and employment contracts.
- Participate in different projects aligned with the Talent Team strategy.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations on a variety of HR topics.

**Who You Are**
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR in a rapidly growing organization; previous experience within a startup and/or fintech environment is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to attract and connect with talent via talent sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media platforms, etc).
- Experience with the Google suite, Zoom, and Greenhouse preferred.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Creative problem solver who functions well in a fast paced and autonomous environment.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese required.
- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor
