In this role you will focus on connecting with talent to increase hiring velocity, support Talent Partners throughout the end-to-end recruiting process, and participate in various operational HR tasks. This position is 100% remote, based in Brazil, and will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.**As the Talent Sourcer you will...**- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified talent for all of Tribal open positions.- Participate in the initial creation and continual development of Tribal's job descriptions.- Draft offers of employment and employment contracts.- Participate in different projects aligned with the Talent Team strategy.- Analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations on a variety of HR topics.**Who You Are**- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR in a rapidly growing organization; previous experience within a startup and/or fintech environment is a huge plus.- Proven ability to attract and connect with talent via talent sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media platforms, etc).- Experience with the Google suite, Zoom, and Greenhouse preferred.- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.- Creative problem solver who functions well in a fast paced and autonomous environment.- Fluent in English and Portuguese required.- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor**Benefits**- 100% employer paid healthcare insurance for team members and family.- 13th month salary.- Food Vouchers.- Unlimited time off and all public holidays.- Allowance for home office equipment.- Headspace subscription.- Highly supportive team culture.- 100% remote, flexible work environment.- Market-competitive salaries.- Top-notch project management, productivity, and team engagement tools.- Unlimited learning resources, and much more.**Equal Employment Opportunity****Tribal Privacy Statement
