We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our Seller Experience (SX) Registration & Verification vertical. The Program Manager will define strategies to enhance the current registration experience for sellers in Latam, partnering with product, operations, and compliance teams to resolve experience issues.

The Program Manager will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction, and raising the standards in verification processes. This role involves a strong business component, including ownership of metrics, maintaining relationships with stakeholder teams, and managing mechanisms for weekly tracking and callouts.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive business results and collaborate with local and global teams. They should have experience in program management, excel at building trust, and drive urgency across the organization. Ability to work cross-functionally and culturally, and to present progress and improvements to senior leadership, is essential.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Identify seller experience pain points related to registration and verification.
  2. Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to improve seller and internal stakeholder experiences.
  3. Own mechanisms for Voice of Seller tracking and serve as the main liaison with Account Management teams.
  4. Track weekly metrics for callouts, reports, and newsletters.
A day in the life

The PM will bridge product and business teams, owning registration and verification metrics with an agenda to improve them. They will implement short-term programmatic solutions for known issues and collaborate on long-term fixes and enhancements.

Required experience
  • Professional experience in non-internship marketing.
  • Using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.
  • Using systems like email, web analytics, CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting.
  • SQL/ETL knowledge.
