Position Overview

Amazon LATAM team is seeking a Seller Performance Specialist based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to participate in high-visibility projects across various Amazon teams. The person will analyze systemic friction for Amazon selling partners, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with Amazon policies and standards. They will collaborate closely with the LatAm SX team to improve processes related to Seller Performance enforcements, working autonomously to enhance enforcement transparency and accuracy for Account Managers and sellers.

Core Responsibilities
  • Guarantee accuracy of policy enforcements
  • Incorporate internal and external benchmarking information
  • Create a self-service structure for selling partners to reduce the need for business intervention
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience interacting with customers/stakeholders
  • Problem-solving experience over email/phone
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Background in back-office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills
