Growth Marketer – Part‑Time (Room to Grow into Head of Marketing)Company: Go Running Tours – a global running and travel company. OverviewWe’re a fast‑moving, remote‑first team looking for a Growth Marketer to lead all marketing activities for both B2C and B2B clients. The role is part‑time (25 hrs per week) with a salary of USD 1,400 per month. You’ll work directly with the founder, Lena, on campaigns, automation, newsletters, digital ads, case studies, and sponsorships. ResponsibilitiesLead email marketing – build automated flows, optimise newsletters, and use data to improve performance. Plan and run paid media campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms and scaling what works. Create case studies and sponsorship proposals that help reach new runners and new companies. Research new channels, technologies and trends, and test initiatives in one city before scaling. Analyse data, perform split tests and iterate to grow acquisition across B2C and B2B markets. Collaborate with the team via Slack, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement. QualificationsExperience in growth marketing, email automation, paid media or a similar role. Strong analytical skills – ability to build stories from data and identify growth opportunities. Creativity to craft compelling copy and build funnels between B2C and B2B audiences. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated; comfortable working in a remote, low‑meeting environment. Fast mover, collaborative, execution‑focused, and eager to grow the business and yourself. Benefits & ConditionsRemote work – 25 hours a week distributed over two to three days.
