Growth Marketer (Part‑time) Join Go Running Tours as a Growth Marketer to lead marketing for our B2C and B2B clients. The role will grow into Head of Marketing. Responsibilities Plan, run, and analyse digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google; explore new platforms. Develop and optimise email marketing flows, create smart automations, and delve into data to improve performance. Create and publish case studies, sponsorship proposals, and bold ideas that expand our reach to new runners, companies, and destinations. Research and test new marketing technologies, channels, and trends; scale successful initiatives across cities and destinations. Collaborate directly with the Founder, ensuring alignment with company values and strategies. Qualifications Strong analytical and structured thinking, paired with creative copy writing skills. Attention to detail, fast execution, and a drive to grow the business and yourself. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Experience with data‑driven marketing, email automation, and digital advertising. Enjoys testing, learning, and scaling what works. Contract Details USD 1,400 a month 25 hours a week Managed via Upwork Remote work with minimal internal meetings; flexible schedule.
