**Requirements**:
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience in campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis, handling substantial budgets.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor campaigns performance and provide insights.

- Manage budgets, optimisation goals, creative assets and develop campaigns structure across Meta, Google and other targeted platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns performance, providing actionable insights and alerts.
- Develop and implement new ad strategies and tests.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce effective ad creatives.
- Conduct landing page experiments and manage project timelines.
