Senior Digital Marketing Specialist We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our paid media efforts. The ideal candidate boasts a strong track record in digital marketing and possesses expertise in data-driven performance strategies. About the Role: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements focused on enhancing performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). Conduct A/B testing and implement learnings in real-time. Create actionable reports with strategic insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact creative assets. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' experience managing digital marketing campaigns. Google Ads and Meta certifications are an asset. Strong analytical mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented. Advanced English language proficiency is mandatory.
