About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join Tinder’s LATAM Marketing team in Brazil. This hands-on role is suitable for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You’ll help bring Tinder to life through marketing campaigns, activations, and cultural moments that connect with young people in authentic ways.
This role offers experience across marketing areas from social to experiential while being part of a creative, fast-moving team. As you grow, you’ll have the chance to take on more ownership of projects and initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (social, digital, experiential, partnerships)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, PR, comms, growth, product marketing) to keep projects moving
- Help track and report on campaign performance
- Assist with project management, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination including working with partners in Finance and Legal
- Stay close to cultural trends, social platforms, and Gen Z behaviors to inspire new ideas
- Support the team with day-to-day marketing operations and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications (agency or brand side)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Strong connection with social media platforms, digital culture, and emerging trends
- Proactive, curious, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
- Experience in consumer tech, lifestyle, entertainment, or youth-focused brands
- Knowledge of social media and content trends
- Experience with events, activations, or influencer marketing
- Spanish is a plus
