Team Overview:
**Join our team at 99 as a Categories Operations Intern** In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a balanced marketplace that delivers a good experience for both passengers and drivers. You'll be the focal point for initiatives across our diverse portfolio of categories, including 99Plus, 99electric-Pro, 99Negocia, 99Taxi, and more. Our portfolio aims to expand our core services, meet specific passenger needs, and open up new markets for the company.
The operations environment is fast-paced and data-driven, so we're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to connect different variables into actionable insights. Communication skills are a essential, as you'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including teams from Marketing, PR, Product, and B2B.

Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the operations for each of the categories, providing the team with information on its performance
- Developing location-specific analysis to identify improvement/opportunity spots for the operation
- Setting passenger and driver campaigns
- Creating presentations to provide stakeholder teams with Operations related information and foment discussions
- Think about category-specific use cases/value proposition to develop the operation and thrive in this scenarios
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis along with other members from the team
Role Qualifications:
- Analytical profile with advanced knowledge of data tools. Excel/Database/SQL
- Communication skills and the ability to connect/engage stakeholders
- Previous knowledge building presentations
- Analytical thinking and reasoning
- The willingness to learn/make category expansion happen
- Able to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- A background in Administration/Economy/Engineering or other related fields
- Graduation scheduled for the end of 2026
- Advanced/fluent English
- Base location in São Paulo
