**Your role**
- Are you well organized? Do you have a sharp eye for detail?
We're looking for a HR Operations intern to:
- support the effective delivery of employee workforce administration, including onboarding, employee life-cycle management, international mobility operations, and exit processes.
- accurately update data in the HR system and generate reports, evidence, and data for control functions such as Litigation, Employment, Legal, and Compliance.
- maintain up-to-date employee records by reflecting any changes throughout their lifecycle at UBS.
- collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations to share best practices.
**Your team**
- You will be part of local HR Operations within the HR Service Delivery Brazil team based in Sao Paulo. We are responsible to provide excellence in HR process - recruiting, payroll, advisory, operations, and rewards - across all divisions. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a global organization.
**Your expertise**
- students of Business Administration, Psychology or related courses with graduation by July/2027 or after
- availability to work onsite in Sao Paulo's office 6 hours per day/30 hours per week
- strong verbal and written communication - both English and Portuguese
- solid MS Office skills (programming skills will be a differential)
- strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- ability to handle multiple tasks with confidence
