Continuously update policy frameworks in response to regulatory changes and industry best practices.
2. Process Standardization and Optimization Strategy
- Guide HR process design and improvement:
Build efficient and compliant HR processes, continuously optimizing for enhanced operational effectiveness.
- Cross-functional team collaboration:
Play a key coordination role to ensure HR processes are closely integrated with business operations and run smoothly.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes:
Define clear workflows and guidelines for core activities, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, and internal mobility.
3. Quality Control Framework and Employee Experience Enhancement
- Ensure seamless execution of HR policies:
Enhance employee experience and operational efficiency to create a positive work environment.
- Promote change communication and empowerment training:
Provide policy update and process change training for HR teams and managers.
- Implement audit and continuous improvement frameworks:
Regularly assess HR operations quality, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
- Establish employee experience feedback mechanisms:
Link audit results to employee satisfaction, driving change initiatives and optimizing organizational effectiveness.
