Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Policy Strategy and Governance: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs that align with business goals and compliance requirements. Drive consistent policy application: establish and implement a policy review system across business units to monitor adherence. Organize regular cross-department policy reviews and continuously update policy frameworks in response to regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Process Standardization and Optimization Strategy: Guide HR process design and improvement by building efficient and compliant HR processes, continuously optimizing for enhanced operational effectiveness. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are closely integrated with business operations and run smoothly. Manage employee lifecycle processes by defining clear workflows and guidelines for onboarding, offboarding, probation, and internal mobility.
  • Quality Control Framework and Employee Experience Enhancement: Ensure seamless execution of HR policies to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Promote change communication and empowerment training by providing policy update and process change training for HR teams and managers. Implement audit and continuous improvement frameworks by regularly assessing HR operations quality and proactively addressing issues. Establish employee experience feedback mechanisms to link audit results to employee satisfaction and drive change initiatives.
