HR Operations Leader
1. HR Operations Policy Strategy and Governance
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs that align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Drive consistent policy application: Establish and implement a policy review system across business units to monitor adherence.
Organize regular cross-department policy reviews: Continuously update policy frameworks in response to regulatory changes and industry best practices.

2. Process Standardization and Optimization Strategy
Guide HR process design and improvement: Build efficient and compliant HR processes, continuously optimizing for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Cross-functional team collaboration: Play a key coordination role to ensure HR processes are closely integrated with business operations and run smoothly.
Manage employee lifecycle processes: Define clear workflows and guidelines for core activities, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, and internal mobility.

3. Quality Control Framework and Employee Experience Enhancement
Ensure seamless execution of HR policies: Enhance employee experience and operational efficiency to create a positive work environment.
Promote change communication and empowerment training: Provide policy update and process change training for HR teams and managers.
Implement audit and continuous improvement frameworks: Regularly assess HR operations quality, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
Establish employee experience feedback mechanisms: Link audit results to employee satisfaction, driving change initiatives and optimizing organizational effectiveness.
