- Lead Channel Expansion: Take the lead in guiding business regions/overseas branches to set goals and expansion paths for channel expansion and store upgrades. Coordinate resources to drive breakthroughs in overseas untapped channels and promote the expansion and activation of retail touchpoints.
- Lead Terminal Improvement: Be responsible for the brand display and terminal image management of retail stores to ensure compliance with brand standards. Plan and optimize in-store product displays to enhance the brand's exposure and sales conversion rate at the terminal. Monitor the sales situation of retail terminals, analyze data and put forward optimization suggestions to improve sales efficiency.
- Assist in Localized Product Selling-point Packaging: Collaborate with the Business Unit (BU) to formulate product packaging strategies and ensure the consistency of strategies in Latin America.
- Assist in Pre-sales Training: Be responsible for pre-sales product training for overseas branches, including but not limited to product selling-point knowledge, competitor benchmarking, and sales skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or above is required. Majors related to marketing, international trade, business administration, etc. are preferred.
- More than 3 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or market promotion is required. Experience in the household appliance industry is preferred.
- Relevant overseas experience is required. A basic command of English is necessary, and a basic knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is also required.
