Equities Operations Manager

Besides the oversight and approving such high figures, the Equities Cash VP is a key position for the succession plan in course. The acitivites will consist of: Review and seek enhancements of all activities related to the Custody & Settement processes, including stock lending, IPO ´s, Collatterals Management, among others. Be the Focal Point for the Businesses Areas Lead the INOA and BBS systems implemantion from the Operations perscpetive Assure all activities are compliant with internal and external policies, rules etc. Assure all daily activities be performed properly; Monitor intra-day exposure vs. limits (where relevant) and escalte when necessary; Provide support for initiatives to improve tools, review business requirements, participate / coordinate UAT, etc. Work closely with EQuities Business, IT, Compliance, to ensure smooth coordinated processes to manage relationships and provide rapid customer response.
