We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer to join our client's team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the call center and customer experience domain. Our client is a leading provider of customer interaction and workforce management solutions, helping large enterprises optimize their processes and deliver exceptional service. With a comprehensive suite of software products, they offer innovative tools that enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and improve overall service delivery. Trusted by top-tier organizations worldwide, their solutions are known for reliability, scalability, and advanced functionality. We are launching a new integration project that connects a contact center platform with Amazon Connect, aiming to improve customer experience and operational efficiency through cloud-native technologies and scalable architecture.

• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js to support platform integration.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers.

• 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, etc.).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Experience with Amazon Connect or other contact center platforms.
• Prior work with companies in the contact center domain, such as Genesys, Alvaria, or Five9.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and serverless computing.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
