Andela is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join our Revenue team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, customer acquisition and retention and assisting in the overall business development strategy. You'll work closely with corporate marketing, and creative teams to scale a marketing function which supports our year-over-year hypergrowth which shows no signs of slowing.
**Deliverables**:
- Build and execute the Demand Generation strategy in partnership with the CRO, sales leadership, and your team
- Partner with C-Suite to create a revenue machine that is predictable, scalable, and low friction
- Increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline from marketing programs
- Build an ABM-focused motion
- Work closing with the Corporate Marketing team to create campaigns to support demand generation efforts
- Meet or exceed net-new revenue goals
- Partner with our Talent Network Team and Product to support the Sales Development team with compelling messaging, sequence support, and campaign execution enablement
- Lead with a mix of inspiration, teaching, and accountability that will foster a winning culture within marketing and sales
**Required Skills**:
- Significant experience in international hyper-growth demand gen with proven leadership skills
- Experience of localization within both web based and ABM specific marketing strategies
- Familiarity with account-based marketing for "1 to 1", "1 to few", and "1 to many" strategies
- A strong data-driven point of view on the efficacy of different marketing channels and how to leverage them in integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage the relevant marketing tech stack and data quality
- Superb communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Creative thinker with an ability to adhere to and maximize a budget
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful reports and actionable insights
- Exceptional organization, project management, and time-management skills
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly
- Humble and willing to learn/grow. We need confident and capable leaders who want to help each other succeed as much as they want to help our talent succeed
