**About the Role**
As a **Demand Generation Specialist**, you will support Elevata’s sales team by **identifying**, **qualifying**, and **nurturing** leads through targeted outreach campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building and enriching contact lists, managing CRM data, and executing outbound activities to generate pipeline opportunities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone early in their tech sales career who wants to grow in the cloud ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute demand generation campaigns based on prioritized target lists and AWS-aligned messaging.
- Identify and engage with prospective customers across multiple segments and industries.
- Enrich, classify, and maintain target account data to support campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
- Manage CRM records, ensuring data is clean, up to date, and aligned with campaign performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Elevata’s sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Track and report on key campaign metrics, such as open rates, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
- Meet monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Experience in IT sales, ideally within a cloud consulting or technology environment.
- Experience identifying and engaging decision-makers in prospective accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Sales or related AWS certifications.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Lusha.
- Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary plus variable commission of up to 20% based on performance against defined demand generation targets
