Overview Manual QA Engineer - Remote - Latin America at FullStack Labs. You will integrate directly into our client’s team and work alongside designers and engineers daily. Responsibilities Integrate into the client’s team and collaborate with designers and engineers daily. Perform manual testing with a strong focus on confirmation, exploratory, and regression testing. Design, execute, and document test cases. Assist in continuous integration and delivery of applications. Contribute to libraries and identify new and difficult issues. Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments on large, complex systems. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manual software testing. Advanced English proficiency. Four‑year college degree required. Strong background in TypeScript‑based test automation. Proven experience in manual testing with a focus on confirmation, exploratory, and regression testing. Solid skills in test case design, execution, and documentation. Experience with Playwright is a plus. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Experience creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Forensic attention to detail. Positive mindset and can‑do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. Extreme ownership over work and delivery of commitments. Consistent 40‑hour work week. Benefits Competitive pay. 100% remote work.
