Marketing Operations Expert Wanted Our team is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to own the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in scaling marketing operations by growing, activating and retaining our userbase while delivering measurable results across marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, design, set up and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to delivery. Results driven: creating campaigns that generate signups, first deposits and first trades. Process Optimization: Continuously iterate, improve and build scalable marketing workflows and operational frameworks. Channel Ownership: Manage performance across multiple channels — Email Marketing, Push Notifications, Landing Pages, Social Media, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Ads and more. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with designers, translators, copywriters, operators and developers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. Planning & Budgeting: Lead quarterly planning for regional deliverables and team budgets; ensure efficient budget control and ROI optimization. Testing & Optimization: Coordinate and analyze A/B tests to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Data & Insights: Deliver actionable insights focused on acquisition, activation and retention strategies. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, Digital Marketing or related roles. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools. Hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills in English. Project management skills. Familiarity with A/B testing, automation platforms and performance measurement. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience in crypto and/or fintechs is a plus.
