Role purpose This position acts as a financial business partner to the Supply Chain team, responsible for the analysis, control, and forecasting of logistics‑related costs in Brazil, while supporting other Latin American markets when needed. The role plays a key part in ensuring cost accuracy, conducting variance analyses, preparing financial reports, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. Main Responsibilities Manage and analyze warehousing, freight, and import costs; Prepare financial forecasts and budgets for short‑ and long‑term horizons; Develop and deliver financial performance reports to Finance, Supply Chain, and local management; Conduct financial reconciliations and controls to ensure data accuracy; Identify cost optimization opportunities and support report automation initiatives; Work closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams, reporting directly to Finance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; 3 years of professional experience in Finance, ideally within Supply Chain Finance, Cost Controlling, or Operations Finance areas; Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced) and SAP; Power BI and TM1 knowledge are desirable; Advanced English (reading and conversation); Spanish desired; Analytical and proactive mindset, with strong prioritization and problem‑solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
