**Seus Deveres**:
**Supply Chain Controller & Business Partner BRAZIL - CoE LATAM**
- **Performance Monitoring**:Ensure continuous monitoring, analysis, commentary, and proactive regular reporting of Supply Chain performance indicators (SCPI).
- **Financial Planning and Forecasting**:Coordinate and execute the financial planning and forecasting process for Supply Chain functions (COP and SCPI), in alignment with the Supply Chain function and local finance teams.
- **Monthly Financial Closing and Reporting**:Responsible for monthly financial closing and reporting of SCPI. Monitor budgets, accruals, provisions, and ensure timely and accurate submission of group reporting requirements.
- **Cost of Products Calculation**:Calculate COP (Cost of Products) landed costs, including ICP, FX impact, inbound logistics, VAS, customs, and other taxes. Perform forecasting and plan vs. actual analysis; verify and consolidate at the Management Unit level.
- **Finance Business Partnering with Supply Chain**:Act as a finance business partner to Supply Chain managers, providing transparency on financial KPIs and financial expertise in SC topics. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on continuous improvement and target achievement of performance measures.
- **RCM Compliance and Audits**:Perform mandatory RCM controls for SC Controlling, support and provide information during internal and external audit reviews.

**Seu Perfil**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- **Professional Experience**:Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance/Controlling, with experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Finance considered an advantage.
- **Analytical Skills**:Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude to handle financial data and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- **Communication and Stakeholder Management**:Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- **Experience with Tools**:Proficiency in SAP and high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- **Matrix Organization Experience**:Ability to work in a matrix organizational structure, collaborating with various areas and stakeholders.
- **Additional Requirements**:Knowledge of cost management and performance indicators, with the ability to implement and monitor processes effectively.
