Role Overview As a Content & Communication Specialist, you will assist our team in creating and delivering engaging partner communications. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include creating educational content, managing operational tasks such as content calendars and scheduling, and ensuring our messaging is consistent and effective. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and creating partner communications across multiple channels. Contribute to the creation and distribution of educational content that helps the market and partners understand our solutions. Support the development and packaging of partner stories and testimonials to highlight value and impact. Help manage operational tasks such as content calendars, formatting, and scheduling to ensure our communications are consistent. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in content creation or marketing, including internships or relevant university projects. Strong writing and editing skills in English (Portuguese, Spanish, or German are a plus). Ability to turn technical information into clear and engaging content. Organized and detail‑oriented, with interest in managing recurring tasks like newsletters or event follow‑ups. Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Figma, Veed. Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Manus). Curious, proactive, and collaborative; eager to learn and contribute to team goals.
