ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Junior Specialist in Administration & Operational Support to join our team in VCP. This position plays a key role in administrative management, logistics support, and workplace maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and a great employee experience. Responsibilities Manage logistics and administrative routines, including attendance tracking for service providers, procurement of materials and supplies, contract management, and after‑sales follow‑up for equipment; Ensure the implementation of operational standards, and maintain workplace safety and hygiene compliance; Support cost control efforts, optimizing non‑productive expenses and promoting efficient use of resources (labor, utilities, etc.); Build team culture and engagement, organizing internal activities, listening to employee feedback, and improving the workplace experience; Provide administrative assistance and ensure smooth communication between local and regional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above; Fluency in Portuguese and Mandarin (intermediate to advanced level); Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills; Previous experience in administration, facilities, or operations is a plus.
