### Job DescriptionPresales Operations Specialist - Remote Work:### At BairesDev, we've been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years.We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ team, composed of the world's Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.When you apply for this position, you're taking the first step in a process that goes beyond the ordinary.We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.### Presales Operations Specialist at BairesDevWe are seeking a Presales Operations Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for non-commercial tickets in presales, ensuring RFIs and presentations are duly responded to with high content quality.This role combines operational excellence with content creation, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to deliver exceptional presales support.### What You'll Do:- Handle the complete vendor onboarding process for new vendors, including managing registrations across client platforms while ensuring compliance and timely completion.- Own the coordination and submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) by working with subject matter experts to gather content, ensure accuracy, and meet submission deadlines.- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and success cases tailored to support presales activities.- Capture key performance metrics and assist in building reports to support presales operations.- Track pre-sales ticket activities, manage RFx submissions and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of responses and resolving any blockers to meet deadlines.### What we are looking for:Mandatory:- 3+ years of most recent experience in sales operations, presales support, or business operations.- 3+ years in IT industry/consulting (most recent).- Experience with operational processes, ticket tracking, stakeholder follow-ups across departments, RFI and vendor onboarding processes.- Skills in metrics and reporting.- Experience in content creation, presentations, and sales collaterals.Desirable:- Familiarity with vendor onboardings, vendor registrations, and questionnaires.- Experience in IT Outsourcing companies.- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.- Advanced level of English.### How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred - Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.### Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive##### Refer a friend for this position and get a bonus#J-*****-Ljbffr
