Dynamic Video Content Editor We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to join our team and help shape the future of visual storytelling. Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled video professional with a passion for crafting compelling narratives, editing high-energy content, and collaborating with creative producers. Responsibilities: Edit short-form and long-form videos that capture attention, evoke emotion, and convey complex information effectively. Develop and refine storytelling approaches tailored to various platforms and audience needs. Collaborate closely with producers and brand leads to conceptualize engaging visual storylines. Integrate motion graphics, captions, and subtle effects to enhance viewer engagement and comprehension. Deliver edits that meet speed and consistency expectations while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity. Produce polished long-form videos featuring interviews, events, documentaries, and other formats. Requirements: Proven experience in creating impactful videos (submit your portfolio or sample clips). Expertise in industry-standard video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of pacing, trend awareness, and tone-matching principles. Able to identify the narrative core in any clip, even casual founder videos. Comfortable iterating quickly and delivering results under tight deadlines. Nice to Have: Experience with branded content, creator storytelling, or startup media. Knowledge of sound design and dynamic transitions for modern social style.
