Job Description As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products in overseas regions. Your primary responsibilities include providing technical guidance and support to customers, as well as completing customer service training and company internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and guidance to customers in overseas regions Complete customer service training and company internal processes Offer spare parts support and quotation Provide product improvement suggestions and sustainable improvement Support regional manager business and assist with daily work Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field At least 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance (cranes/hoists preferred) Expertise in mechanical/hydraulic/electrical systems (certifications a plus) Proficiency in English and local language Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about hands-on work What We Offer We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
